Yes. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 support AUSEK management-system review. BSCI is used for social-compliance review rather than treated as a product certificate, while FSC-related documentation can support applicable paper packaging or material requirements. Product compliance reports are checked separately for the selected model, configuration and target market.

AUSEK Shenzhen workshop covers about 5,500 square metres. Across the Shenzhen, United States, Myanmar and Vietnam production-base setup, the recorded total production area is more than 50,000 square metres. Production planning for a specific order is confirmed by model, quantity, customization and schedule.

Private-mold development, shell or structure changes, hardware or firmware changes, new tooling, special packaging structures and certification-related changes may require additional engineering, sampling and testing time. Share the target model, functions, quantity, market and launch schedule so AUSEK can confirm feasibility, cost, MOQ and timing.

AUSEK can help adjust manuals, packaging text and product materials for different languages or regions. Buyers should provide the required languages, market, compliance checklist and any importer-specific wording so the final materials match the selected product and destination.

AUSEK can discuss customized product sets for promotional or retail programs, including accessory bundles, package combinations and SKU planning. The final set should be confirmed by target channel, price range, package size, certification needs and available stock or production schedule.

Buyers can confirm whether a product is suitable for OEM or ODM customization by sharing the target model, customization scope, market, quantity and compliance requirements. AUSEK can then check whether the request can be handled through standard OEM changes, existing-model customization or a deeper ODM development process.

Before starting an OEM/ODM project, buyers should provide target product category, target market, expected quantity, target price range, required features, reference model or benchmark, logo and packaging needs, manual languages, certification requirements and expected launch schedule. For deeper ODM work, software, hardware and mold requirements should be listed separately.

Yes. Selected ODM projects can include hardware changes such as the lens, sensor, battery, screen, casing, connector or accessory configuration. Feasibility, tooling, testing, certification impact, MOQ, cost and schedule are reviewed for the specific model and project before a quotation or development plan is confirmed. For faster launches, buyers can start with an existing model and customize the logo, packaging, manual and accessory bundle.

Yes. Buyers can share the target market, sales channel, price range, required features, expected quantity and compliance needs. AUSEK will recommend suitable current models and confirm availability, specifications, packaging and customization options before quotation.

Use the selected model specification sheet, current product images, sample and quotation documents as the reference. Confirm resolution, sensor, screen, battery, storage, waterproof method, stabilization, wireless functions, accessories and applicable compliance documents for that exact model before sampling or bulk production.
